You will receive End to End communication with your Flight Nanny before, during and after your pet’s transport providing real-time picture and video updates.

Flex vs Confirmed
We fly standby unless otherwise requested. Flight schedules and space availability are subject to change. We have no control over canceled flights, oversold flights, weather, or other delays. Therefore, your patience, understanding and flexibility is key to help facilitate a successful delivery. Confirmed Paid Ticket Deliveries are available upon request. Flight ticket costs and pet fees apply. ($$$$)

Day Before Delivery
Your Cat or Dog Flight Nanny sends a group text to all parties involved (including sender and receiver) confirming the full flight itinerary details and important logistics instructions for your pet’s upcoming travel. Note: It is important that the correct phone # is on file for the seller and buyer. Pay extra special attention to important pick-up/drop-off locations and specific meet-up instructions.

On Delivery Day
You’ll receive End to End Real time progress updates along every touchpoint of your pet’s journey (from pickup to final delivery). On delivery day, your flight nanny will meet the sender at the origin airport with an airline approved carrier to receive the pet. The nanny picks up your pet and cares for it during the flight. Upon arrival at the destination airport, the nanny completes hands-off the pet to the Buyer/ New Pet Parent. All transactions are finalized, and the pet is off to their new forever home with their happy pet parent.
